Describe new/missing feature

FindUFCx.cmake has some bugs

1. sys.stdout.write appends a number related to the length of the string.
2. The hash is computed by Python and should come from there (DRY). Is the hash even used?
3. The FFCx version does not necessarily match the UFCx version.

I am working on this currently. However, i have run into the issue with basix version mismatch issue, i have notified the same on https://fenicsproject.discourse.group/t/issue-with-basix-version-mismatch/1680

It looks like the issue with sys.stdout.write appending the length of the string has been resolved, as the sys maintainer has made improvements—debugging no longer shows the length appended to the variable.

Regarding the hash computation:
The removal of the hash computation and the associated variable does not appear to affect the build. Would you like to consider removing it for simplicity and to avoid unnecessary redundancy?
