Multiblock Printer does not build Advanced Empowerer

Describe the issue

The Multiblock Printer tool has a tooltip that suggest it can build various Custom Machinery structures, including the Advanced Empowerer. However, despite having the all of the requisite blocks in my inventory, right-clicking on the Advanced Empowerer block, a message is displayed saying "No Multiblock structure defined for this block".

The exact same error also happens with the Circuit Fabricator
