put a button on the screen somewhere obvious to record a video BEFORE you enter your name and message

users arent going ot type in their name and message before recording their video, instead, lets let them record video and then enter the details about the video, or associate it to an existin entry in the guest book

this will be posisble if we do #27 and then

• put 1 item as a "Record new button"
• when the user clicks on it, we create an empty db entry
• launch the video recorder
• on result, take the user to the details for that video (where they can add them or not)
