Adding Trackables no longer works

Need to investigate why but this is probably due to the observable refactor.

Cannot find anything wrong with the default trackables (conditions, symptoms) but when adding a treatment a smiley rating is displayed instead of a treatment.

Adding tags seems to of stopped working...
