[Feature Request] Add a setting to permanently display FindBar

Firefox have FindBar that is opened on Ctrl + F and visible only for tab on wich it was opened.
I always hated that i need to open FindBar again and again for every newly opened tabs.

Describe the solution you'd like

On Firefox below version 57 i could use extension called FindBar-Tweak (https://github.com/Quicksaver/FindBar-Tweak), that made FindBar permanently visible for all tabs.

Please, consider to add option to make FindBar (Ctrl + F) permanently visible for all tabs (even after app restart).
