only can compile web

cant compile to ios. to android.. only webapp becose it use dart:html its not for ios android..

in main.dart i use
import 'web_title_switcher_stub.dart' if (dart.library.html) 'web_title_switcher_web.dart';

this line will switch dart:html when build web and dont use dart:html if build apk
