No graphics when requiring both power delivery and video output

Hi,

First of all, sorry for the not-so-technical issue I am opening here.
On multiple devices, both framework 13 and framework 16, external portable monitors requiring both power delivery and video output, all through USB-C are not working, while working on other computers, same external screen, same cable.

The only way to get the screen to work is to:

1. plug the external screen on a power bank to turn it on a give it power,
2. plug the usb cable between the laptop and the screen,
3. the screen is correctly recognized and I can use it! However, as soon as a unplug the power bank, it stops working even though it is still connected to the laptop.

Graphics is not handled by the EC, we recently created another repository for tracking general issues.
Could you please move your issue over there, if it still occurs?
