Fix bug that appears sometimes when moving a todo to the end of the list

Such bugs include, the complete button not being able to be clicked on. Moving the elements around some more causes this to be fixed, so does refreshing the page. Issue is most likely due to undefined being returned when there is no after element (since this will be at the very end of the list)
