How to tell GEMDAT that sites are equivalent or not

Hey there,
thanks for the amazing possibilities to visualize MD data. As I was playing around with the tutorial, I came to a point, where the actual sites are rotated in comparison to, the optimal structure, but that rotation is opposite for different layers. How should I deal with it? And also, for migration, it would be nice if all the sites where shifted to the actual center of the ellipsoid
