[GNS3 3.0.1] Exit session when trying to open the Users Management page

If a normal user (not an administrator) opens the Users Management page, the session is immediately terminated and the authentication form opens.

In GNS3 3.0.0, the page would freeze in this case, now it automatically redirects to the login page.

Perhaps it would be more logical for users who are not authorized to manage accounts to hide the Management option, or make it deactivated...
