inner scale

Hi,
I am interested in simulating phase screen with different inner scales. It looks like i can't do that when calling the atmosphere class. Is that something that could be included in a later release?

Sure. We would welcome a pull request with this feature. :)
None of the developers AFAIK have any research interest in varying the inner scale, so you would need to lead the effort yourself. But if you manage to figure out the relevant changes to the code to make this work correctly, please go ahead and submit a pull request with your changes, and we can incorporate it into future versions.
