Minor doc adjustments

This is a note to self: I'm going to open a PR for this.

It would be nice to add

sudo apt install snapd
sudo snap install snapd
```

to the deployment docs for reverse proxy. Also, `server_name   DOMAIN_NAME WWW_DOMAIN_NAME;` to include both http and https for cert.
