Missing connection state indicator if laptop wakes up #511
Description
To reproduce:
- Open the chat UI
- Let your computer go to sleep
- Wake the computer
- Sometimes, the UI doesn't show that connection is lost, and it takes 10-20sec to load the latest state, this is confusing
