Do not receive call notifications after updating membership

Which package/packages do you use?

During an ongoing call, if I want to add another participant, they should receive a notification and have the option to join or decline, just like a regular incoming call.

Describe the bug

I have followed the provided instructions to add a participant to the call when there are more than 100 members. However, after executing the function, the updated user does not receive any notification.

Expected behavior
After updating the participant list, the newly added user should receive an incoming call notification.
