2. When modifying Scale and Skew values of a shape drawn with the Pen tool, the shape translates(See video)
3. When double-clicking a shape with the Select Tool, the parameters in the Properties panel disappear(See video)
4. Cannot revert after switching to Convert to Infinite Canvas
5. After selecting multiple shapes, double-clicking with the Select Tool does not select individual shapes
6. After selecting a shape with the Path Tool, clicking on a blank area does not deselect it or allow selecting other shapes

What do you mean? They seem to work fine for me (although I often have to press escape to get my cursor back after editing text). This also occurs on the main branch.

That is because this is a transformation from the origin. If you wish to transform relative to another position, it is necessary to make that the origin first and then translate back. You may wish to read more about affine matrices. This is the same behaviour as on the main branch

When double-clicking a shape with the Select Tool, the parameters in the Properties panel disappear

This is because the same layer is added twice to the selected nodes list. However the properties are only rendered if there is exactly one selected layer node. This issue also occurs on the main branch. #2909

Yes you can - just press ctrl + z?

You have to double click to select other shapes, see PR #2794. This is the same behaviour as on the main branch

Text stroke display error

This occurs because of the geometry of your font and the mitre limit. This is the same as the behaviour on the main branch. Please note that applying a stroke to the contours is not the same as outlining a shape.

Thanks for your time in compiling these list of issues @liujvnes. However it would appear that none of them are related to the PR at hand. In future, please also test against the main branch, deployed at https://dev.graphite.rs/.
