failed when Generate and configure the certificate fingerprint

Failed to generate SHA-256: Please confirm reason in Event Log. checed but noting usful in eventlog
7.Configure the certificate fingerprint in AppGallery Connect.
Failed to generate SHA-256. Please generate manually and then configure SHA-256 in URL:Link
why I got this issue after I configured SHA-256 in AppGallery Connect Console?

If logs contains the following error:
Could not initialize class org.codehaus.groovy.runtime.InvokerHelper
please try to upgrade the gradle version to 6.3?
