Website regularly sends invalid requests without technologies defined:

I can't repeat this. From quick scan through the logs it looks like it's usually on Linux — I wonder if that's important? Suggests it could be something automated?

Either way I think we should treat the lack of a technology as a request for the default ALL.

Yeah, I like the idea. But the website seems to work as expected today.
I'd keep it as is, unless we discover what is this client or something.
