Description
Goal should come from Product.
However, there needs to be lee-way for the team to provide guidance.
A lot of this can be handled via correct DDD processing, however there are two ways the team can help with planning:
- They provide solutions that help product meet their goal. Ideally these should be done before planning.
- They need capacity to work on technical debt. There should be a percentage of the story points that is dedicated to this.
