Reduce quality of screenshots

Hi everyone, 
I am looking for a library in Elixir to take screenshots from a headless browser like hound does. I ran into a Rust library called "headless_chrome" which works pretty well and allows me to reduce the quality of the screenshot to reduce it's size. Was wondering if this is possible with Hound.
