Enhancement Request: Coldprint Prevention #137
Description
A feature of Pronterface that would be nice to have in BotQueue is cold print prevention. Although the gcode tells the printers to preheat, if there's an issue with a resistor or thermistor, the printer will fail to preheat, and thus strip.
