"Mac or Linux preferred" on help page

I noticed the help page says "Mac or Linux preferred". Is this referring to the bumblebee client or the BQ server?

Client. The server mostly needs a lamp stack, but soon it will barely even
need that. The primary issue before Windows support for the client is
implemented is that the downloaded files had different hashes than what was
expected on the server. Never did figure out why, so I just decided to
clean up the client during the server rewrite to make that easier to debug
and handle.
