Fix typo in collection_institute field #1614

For which schema is a change/update being suggested?
I would like to request an update to the specimen_from_organism.json schema to fix the wrong reference object for collection_institute
What should the change/update be?
This update constitutes a major change to the schema(s) it affects.
What new field(s) need to be changed/added?
The "$ref" attribute for the collection_institute field instead of referencing collection_institute module, references an arbitrary organ_ontology.json ontology schema. This mistake was done while copying the "organ_ontology" template for the new field but not replacing the reference to the "module/biomaterial/collection_institute.json" schema.
Why is the change requested?
Current schema cannot accept collection_institute.
