Description
A new datasource is required.
We have a limitation with pulling all resource groups in an account!
Can we get a data source for that ?
I do not find any data source which does that.
There is an api call for this:
https://resource-controller.cloud.ibm.com/v2/resource_groups
Can you please implement this data source ibm_resource_groups ?
