[Feature Request] Ability to use wildcards in file paths

As an admin, I would like to be able to use wildcards in path exclusions/inclusions.

For example: Adobe renames many of their applications every year, so to exclude PhotoShop I have to add paths for Adobe PhotoShop 2025, Adobe PhotoShop 2024, Adobe PhotoShop 2023, etc.

I would like to be able to declare a simple path of /Applications/Adobe Photoshop*/ or even /Applications/Adobe*/ if I want to block all Adobe apps.
