Add detection of service programs containing unit tests

Would it be possible to add detection of service programs containing unit tests based on object description or user attribute value? This would be useful for running tests built outside VSCode, for example with gmake, makei etc.

Currently, iRPGUnit for RDi can check the following (https://irpgunit.sourceforge.io/help/html/quickstart/preferences.html):

*TEXT The object description of the selected service program must start with 'RPGUnit' or iRPGUnit (case insensitive).
*ATTRIBUTE The user defined attribute of the service program is checked for 'RPGUnit' or iRPGUnit (case insensitive).

@rgala Thanks for sharing this, I wasn't aware of this setting in RDi. We can add this in the extension
