Termux and termux-api latest builds

Was hoping someone could figure out a way to get latest builds setup in obtanium for termux android-7-github-debug_armeabi-v7a and termux-api, so I always get most up to date build for both

Downloading from GitHub Actions is not yet supported so this is unfortunately not possible. See ImranR98/Obtainium#102

Ahhh... i see so looking at ticket it's still not implemented I really hope it happens soon
