Call Ends before talking is possible

Hello,
i am currently trying to get tg2sip working but after one beep when calling 1003 in linphone the call gets aborted.
Telegram is not showing up a call. When i try to call 1001 - linphone itself - it is working. The whole configuration is copied from different posts here and on other forums.

I have prepared the files a little bit to hide the username
Can anyone see where my configuration fault is?

Softphone Client = LinPhone
Asterisk = 20.3.0
TG2SIP = v1.3.0
OS= 18.04.6 LTS (Bionic Beaver)

My primary goal is to have my Doorbell connected to Telegram because they just have a proprietary and paid solution.
I would rather spend the money with a donation to your project :). I like this solution realy much. Seems just easy.

Linphone is to simulate the connection. In the mean time i tried also centos and almaos but both did not work as i expected. But i also have not experiency with the red hat system. I thought it has to be problem in my config.
