[Feature] continuous translation of selected screen part

Hi, Mac Pro 2019 (Intel) Mac Os X 12.7.6 here.

How can I change the app language to English?

Also, can you make it so in the app you can select a portion of the screen and that portion will continuously translate at set intervals? And then write the translation in a .txt file in real time so other apps like OBS can read from it

The app seems amazing and the fact that work so well on a old macOS version on intel processor is amazing too.
