Changing ISA specification language

As described in more detail [here](https://intellabs.github.io/asl-interpreter/2025/08/21/language-changes.html), we are going to make some more radical changes to the language supported by this tool and will drop our efforts to support the same language that Arm uses for their ISA specifications.
