Broken formatting of Lisp files generated by HCFILES

The text formatting of the Lisp source files generated by HCFILES at https://files.interlisp.org/medley/ looks off. For example, there's too much bold text and index entries don't align with the margins. TEdit files are fine.

I have been noticing the issue since the August of 2025 reoccurrence of issue #1870.

I take it that this is the same behavior in the master as well as the Font PR?
