NLog.Extensions.AzureEventHub references NLog 4.0.0.0 instead of >=4.7.15

When we inspect the .dll with DotPeek:

This image shows the dependency correct but the reference wrong.

I think this is an issue on our side

Notice NLog uses stable strong-assembly-version, because of .NET Framework Support.

Thus all versions of NLog v4, has assembly-version 4.0.0.0. But file-version matches the nuget-package-version.

Could we explore upgrading to NLog 5.0.0.0 for this in future? We may fork this and try upgrading ourselves.

Believe the Azure NLog Targets works with both NLog v4 and NLog v5. If not then please tell.

NLog.Extensions.AzureEventHub v4.6.0 has been released, and now depends on NLog v5.

Guess this issue can be resolved ?
