Support `html` when parsing arXiv identifiers

1. Copy https://arxiv.org/html/2511.01348v2 into clipboard
2. Click on "Add entry using..."
   
3. See that "Choose Entry Type" is selected

There should be "Enter Identifier" selected.

Maybe, "only" org.jabref.model.entry.identifier.ArXivIdentifier#ARXIV_PREFIX needs to be changed and a test be added.
