Historical Market Data Service error message:No market data permissions for ISLAND STK

In my case, I had to add more $ to the IBKR trading account, to subscribe to data on IBKR website. (Initially, I just opened IBKR account with a minimum $ amount, and subscription to data felt like was working but apparently does not work if your account $ is very low )
