FoundationDBTx commit() maxRuns not configurable #47
Description
IsolationLevel READ_COMMITTED_WITH_WRITE, is there a reason for maxRuns to be hard coded to 3. Any risk if we increase it?
Can we externalize maxRuns and make it adjustable?
