When I toggle my laptops networking my dev sites become unavailable until reboot #151
Description
Sometimes I notice my wifi isnt working quite right and I've picked up the habit of toggling my systems networking manually by disabling and then re-enabling after a few seconds. When I do this my dev sites like: customer.magento2.localhost become unavailable and stay loading until timeout.
I have tried dev downup and dev rebuild before rebooting the whole system, without any change. The dev console command and things like composer and bin/magento commands still run though bin/magento setup:upgrade produces errors not observed after reboot.
