Attempting to flash main.py will flash all the of the PyCharm project directory #357
Description
This is the latest micropython 2.0.0.pre-alpha13-2024.3 release with PyCharm 2024.3.1.1 on a Mac. As you can see from the video, instead of flashing the single main.py script, it is flashing the entire working directory.
In my troubleshooting, I've find out that the plugin does not work with Micropython 1.24.1, which is the latest version. The version I'm using here is 1.24.0. I've also noticed an "Upload File to Micropython device" button. This is working fine, but how can I get the configuration to flash it like before?
