All files stored in executable folder using portable.txt

Emulators such as PCSX2, Dolphin, etc. have the ability to store all of there files in the executable's directory or folder by creating a portable.txt file, or portable or user folder. This prevents the program from using the %AppData or Local folder and allows everything to be stored in one place. Would that be possible for this emulator? Thank you.

Yes. That should be easy enough.

I've not used Dolphin or PSX2 so just to make sure I understand what you mean: If there's an empty file called portable.txt in the same directory as the executable then the config directory is not saved in the global config location, it is saved in the same location as the executable and portable.txt

What do you think I should call the portable config directory? I'm thinking something like "Gopher2600_UserData"

Yes, exactly that. Ideally, this should make it to where nothing ever touches anything in the hidden folders. It's just nice to keep everything in one space. I think just shortening it to UserData is fine. It really doesn't matter in the long run. Thank you for the consideration.

I've added it. It'll be in the next release, which will be a month or so most probably. I'll leave the issue open until then.
