Add tutorial for cron job creation

Would be good to add a tutorial for cron job creation.

Which one, the wp cron or the "regular" cron?

Both would be a great addition. I am interested in wp cron but others may like to see both and choose for themselves.

Unless one is definitely better than the other, I wouldn't see an issue with having tutorials for both.
