[Feature Request] Add a setting to set the status of elytra swap

Add a setting for changing the elytra swap status (e.g. on, off, keep) by using mod menu so I don't have to disable elytra swap everytime I enter a world. On would be turning elytra swap on and off is the opposite, keep will keep the status when you leave the game (if it's on when leaving it'll be on and vice versa).
