WireUI and PowerGrid packages compatibility

I would like to know if this dsahboard is incompatible with the WireUI and PowerGrid packages, because when installing them in the project, the elements simply stop working.

it is because the name used in KUI component and wireUI name is same.
Simply edit either KUI component or wireUI name to another one.
Eg: < x-input > → < x-kui-input >
