use CONF_CERTIFICATE to upload certificate

The enrolled certificate with private key should be uploaded using the documented CONF_CERTIFICATE endpoint, which supports certificate upload.

Currently, the upload method used is non-standard, and not well documented in the Bosch guides. It works on certain firmware versions but not others, so compatibility may be improved by migrating to the standard CONF_CERTIFICATE endpoint for uploads.
