vxWeightedAverageNode has incorrect name

Problem

According to the documentation, the kernel name of vxWeightedAverageNode is org.khronos.openvx.weighted_average. But in the conformance tests and the sample implementation it's not the same: org.khronos.openvx.weightedaverage.
