Tecla Access navigation bar occludes BIG Launcher

Solving this issue should involve setting the appropriate properties on each BIG Launcher activity as per this article:

It is probably best to resize some activities rather than scrolling them. However, resizing should only apply to activities with NO edit boxes and ideally ONLY when the navigation keyboard is shown.

It may be best to wait until the release of the Tecla Next app, which should avoid the need for such tweaks.

This issue must be solved on the BIG Launcher code base

On a second thought, scrolling is the simplest... resizing presents too many potential issues.
