Question: Change HUD disabling method?

The long-press action has been a bit bothersome when I did testing on the app. Sometimes HUD disables when I accidentally touch the screen longer than I should.

An alternative method is to replace it with a swipe gesture.

How about using a notification to disable the HUD? It would eliminate any risk of accidental gestures, and will be also be useful in inverse scanning mode.

I made a simple modification in the following branch. It uses a left-to right swipe gesture to disable the HUD.

If it is a good method, I can make a pull request. Anyhow, we are only using it for testing and debugging purposes. This issue will be irrelevant to the app once the deliverable is ready.

@ericwan78 Here's the scenario: once Tecla Next is up and running, you receive a permanent notification in your drawer (permanent as in non-dismissable by the user). This notification would then serve as a HUD toggle.
This should provide a solution for all scanning modes, since the notification drawer is always accessible.

@elyas-bhy good idea. I see that the notification drawer sometimes hides away (e.g. Android's full-screen mode). If we can force the notification drawer to show at all times, then it can be used as a solution. Would you be able to implement your solution and post the branch link here? Anyhow, don't spend too much time on it. I believe we are only using it for testing and debugging.

@ericwan78 As far as I know, we can't force the notification drawer to show when in full-screen mode in 3rd-party apps. So that's the caveat of this proposition.
I'll try to hack a quick demo later this day.
