pr-common gem no longer exists, so bundle install fails

This line

gem 'pr-common', git: 'https://github.com/pemberton-rank/common.git', tag: 'v0.3.0'

in the Gemfile fails since there is no pr-common gem anymore.

@jesster2k10 I did not find one so I stopped using it and followed a different approach.
