Tiled windows issues on wake from sleep

Description

When I have two windows tiled and put the laptop to sleep by closing the lid and wake it up, there is some extra space at the top (only on the workspace with tiled windows). This only happens together with dash to panel and its panel intellihide feature. If if disable this or dash to panel, it is normal.

GNOME: 48
Wayland

Unfornatuely, I don't think there is a proper fix for this. It sounds like there is a problem with the way the 2 extensions are initiliazed/interacting after unlocking the screen.

I'll look into it since the solution probably is similiar to the solution to other issues such as #223.

[Edit] But there will probably be no short-term solution since I have other issues I need to work on. I'll try to target GNOME 50
