Much of LLC4320 and LLC2160 unavailable for the foreseeable future

I recently received news that due to a hardware failure at NASA, many files in the LLC4320 and LLC2160 dataset were corrupted.

are all likely to be affected. The status of access going forward is unclear: no timeline is available for recovery of this data.
