`Session.tearDown()` - Release the resources

Solution directions/suggestions:

• Release the resources maybe with a timer to await receiving transaction
  responses/REPORT requests and then close the connection if no other session is
  using it.
• If meanwhile an illegal request is received (illegal due to the fact that the
  session is not being used anymore) automatically respond accordingly.
