Cascaded WMS with client proxy fails for remote style that lacks namespace prefix

In the public:fdr layer here, there are two styles, public:cffdrs_fdr and public:cffdrs_fdr_opaque. When the proxy remote requests is checked, the preview fails due to unknown style, because the style is referenced by the unprefixed name i.e. cffdrs_fdr.
