Security Best Practices

Hello !

I’ve implemented tac_plus-ng integrated with Cisco switches and Active Directory groups, and it’s working well.

Before go-live, I’d like to confirm security best practices, especially how to protect/encrypt the password in tac_plus-ng.cfg, and any other considerations I should address.

Hi,

I might add some "Best Practices" page to the wiki sometime as you're not the first asking for that, but don't hold your breath.

This is a discussion, so anyone wanting to chime in actually can do that.
